Izak Strauss

After Beatrix Hardick gave Buddy to Izak, he treated Buddy with a welcome-stressrelieving-massage.. Then it was off to work on our first project!

Izak, popular for his role in Villa Rosa and not to mention Kwela took Buddy to Valkenberg. Once arrived, Izak gave a local school in that area some clothes that the teachers had to distribute to the school children in need.

Thanks to Izak, Go Life sponsored 250 still Mineral waters to the Abraham Kriel Childrens home in Johannesburg and one of Bobby van Jaarsveld’s projects.

Izak was also one of the celebrities involved in this years Diabetes Awareness Campaigns hosted by Go Life, CPS (Community Pharmacy Sector, a division of Pharma SA), Jeanne-Marie Louw from Abbott and Diabetes South Africa.

Ewan Seton, Pieter Cloete, Elana Meyer and Izak got their blood glucose levels tested on the 12th of November 2009 as a build up towards World Diabetes Day on the 14th of November 09.

Izak truly has a heart of gold and so, after saying good bye to Buddy continues his

passion for community work.
